  1. Airplanes: Hold 'Q' down momentarily to increase throttle
  2. until tail is off the ground.  Apply more throttle then
  3. press 'M' momemtarily (for up elevator).  Decrease throttle
  4. slightly by holding down 'Z' momentarily (cruising speed).
  5. Operate rudder by pressing 'C' and 'V'. The Trainer is 
  6. rudder controlled only. For planes equipped with ailerons
  7. - use 'H' and 'K' keys to control heading.

  9. Helicopters: Hold 'Q' down until throttle is at near-
  10. maximum then carefully press 'W' for up or 'X' for down 
  11. (collective control). Use keys 'U' and 'M' to control pitch 
  12. and keys 'H' and 'K' for roll (as above) and control 
  13. direction (yaw) with rudder keys 'C' and 'V'.

  15. Note:Press F12 to reset after a crash. Use keys
  16. F4-F11 to change view.  To control simulator speed (for
  17. beginners), set Time Factor in Timing and Calculations in
  18. Scene Quick Edit to 2.0-3.0.
